Raycap’s global design team is responsive to requests no matter the complexity of the problem or geographic region. With access to the latest CAD design tools and rapid prototyping and machining equipment, Raycap engineering and manufacturing professionals at the company’s leading R&D laboratories and test facilities worldwide can provide quick-turn prototypes designed to unique customer requirements. 

Raycap testing facilities include a UL-certified test lab in the United States and state-of-the-art R & D labs in Europe, certified by VDE. Raycap works hard to understand its customer’s business challenges. For example, at Raycap’s production facility in northern Greece a new photovoltaic testing lab is being built at the Raycap PV power plant. This test lab will enable Raycap engineers to simulate the performance of its surge protection equipment in an actual PV environment in order to design new and better solutions for the growing photovoltaic industry.
